Went on a Saturday evening. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our party included 3 adults and a child. The tables were rather small and because the chairs are tall, not very comfortable. Because the tables were small and the service came on pans, there was very little room at the table. Additionally, they brought drinks quickly, but were not taking the empty glasses away! I finally has to ask them to clear away all of the empty glassware.
Not my first time in Twin Peaks,Maplewood.Every time I go in the service gets better. CICI IS GREAT! I think she's doing a good job. And it's been better since 6-7 months ago.
I don't give out five stars, ever! Twin peaks Maplewood however impressed me. The ladies on staff were very attentive without being annoying. The BLT with egg was awesome and a great side of fries. The thing that pushed this over the top was to find a place that serves Venison Chilli. Subtle but delicious and I would recommend that anyone give it a try because it's that good.
.....Ok, update. After 45 minutes they brought out food, the girl with the food says to the bartender, who gets this? The bartender points out the guy next to me at the bar, apparently they gave him my food, he was already working on my half sandwich and salad when he ordered a burger and fries! She took my food from him and said they would reorder it. I had already been there rt minutes and I have an hour for lunch, told her to forget it. She offered to "Clean up the sandwich and fries for a to-go box" How she proposed to clean up a plate of food someone else had been eating off of is enough to tell me all I need to know about coming here again.
Overall, the food was okay, nothing too special. I might go back. but not with a child.
In spite of the obvious gimmick of scantily clad wait staff, the food here is really top notch. Never frozen meats, hand breading, and well-balanced flavors make a difference on the menu. We came here to watch a NFL hockey game and have some beers and appetizers. Great service along with surprisingly good food as far as the starters. Next time we will try some burgers, as they looked great.
Unless you have two hours for lunch.....don't bother. Honestly, how long can it take to get a half a salad, a half a turkey sandwich and fries out of the kitchen? This isn't that complicated guys. But apparently it is.
